RELEASE
By submitting my information and payment to participate in the 2008 North East Gathering, I hereby agree to release all event organizers, venues, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all liability for the losses, theft, damages or injuries that may occur to my property, person, or guest and/or their property during all sanctioned North East Gathering events. 3SNY is not responsible for the behavior of those persons who are acting outside of the Code of Conduct, City, State, and/or federal laws.

CODE OF CONDUCT
All participants and guests are expected to act in a manner that reflects positively on the 3000GT/Stealth Community. Participants who violate local, state, and federal law at the hotel, banquet hall, or any official events or venues are subject to removal and will waive any and all monies paid to participate in the North East Gathering.  The North East Gathering will strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any underage participants who are found to be in the possession of alcohol and any participant in possession of any illegal narcotics and/or contraband. Individuals who violate such rules will be asked to leave and will waive all monies spent to participate in the North East Gathering. If individuals do not comply they may be subject to removal by local and state law enforcement. The North East Gathering is a private event and is limited to only paid attendees and their paid guests. Violators of the Code of Conduct and other rules may be removed at the discretion of event organizers and their agents. Event organizers may remove any participants or guests from any event, for any reason, without refund. The North East Gathering does not issue refunds or credits to participants and guests that are removed from the Event.

Although 3SNY and its members are hosting this event.  3SNY is not responsible for any of the individual actions of its members or non-members.  3SNY does not support or promote any illegal activity at this event.  Any illegal action taken or any participation in illegal activity by an attendee or participant at this event does so by his/her own accord.  3SNY and its members are there to provide an itinerary and establish a common meeting place.  Any activities partaken by attendees or participants that are not listed in the itinerary are not 3SNY's responsibility.
