2008 NEG Hotel Information
This years hotel will be the
Holiday Inn,
located at 205 Wolf Rd in Albany, NY. The hotel is very large
compared to the other hotels that were researched. The price for the
hotel is: $159.00 per guest.
When you call
mention that you are with the "3SNY BLOCK" to receive
your room at the group rate. The group rate is
$119.00 per night.
All reservations will require a
credit card or deposit equal to one night's room and tax to
guarantee the room. Rooms may be cancelled by 6:00pm on the
date of arrival with no penalty. Check-in time is 4:00pm and
we have late check out time of 2:00pm (at no additional cost).
All participants in this event will have access to a reserved
parking area.
By making a reservation under the
"3SNY Block" participants are responsible for conducting them selves
in a mature fashion. Participants are responsible for any damages
and penalties sustained during their stay.
